Mind-bending and unconventional works of JAPANESE art!

SURREAL and just amazing stone sculptures by HIROTOSHI ITOH. This Japanese stone sculptor is known for his humorously imaginative ideas and incredible ability to make stones look soft, flexible, and light! ^ ^
Hirotoshi Ito carves sculpture out of stone. But, not just any sculpture. His work utilises the natural shape of the river stones he works with, and he then imbues them with his unique kind of warmth and humour. The result is both clever and enchanting.
To create his art pieces, Itoh uses locally sourced rocks and materials from the town’s river and uses the common sculptor tools such as chisels and saws in order to grind and shape rocks to the desired form.

Accessories such as zippers, coins and other materials are added to complete the piece. His designs are usually inspired by common items such as bags, purses and shirts.

COOL Japanese band video by World Order!

World Order is a unique Japanese band created in 2009 by former mixed martial artist, Genki Sudo, that incorporate music, slow-motion and classy suits into a pure blend of auditory and visual awesomeness.
LAST DANCE is a visual and lyrical political commentary on Japan’s energy policies. Always pushing the boundaries, this video is a collage of strategically selected images and satirically shot on-location footages fuelled with powerful and poetic lyrics accompanied by the group’s uniquely own robotic dance moves.

Surrealistic and photoshop free works by Korean artist Jee Young Lee: artist turns her Tiny Studio Into a mesmerising Vision of Her Dreams

For weeks, sometimes months, she creates the fabric of a universe born from her mind within the confines of her 3 x 6 m studio. She does so with infinite minutiae and extraordinary patience, in order to exclude any ulterior photographic alteration.

LOOK CLOSER - those graceful and calligraphic shapes in the sky are not birds! They are made up of thousands of plastic bags, meticulously arranged by the artist Alain Delorme!

The bags twist, weave, and undulate in concert with each other creating a visual mesh of kinetic fluctuation. The digital creations reflect the idea of a land art installation, metamorphosing natural spaces through an artistic intervention. The digital creations reflect the idea of a land art installation, metamorphosing natural spaces through an artistic intervention.
